# Advanced User Management

User Management is a **module** where you can define **which user or user groups can access Reality Hub features/modules by creating policies and groups**.

You can also optionally **reserve** your **available** licenses among the users.

To set an example, consider having a team consisting of the following members: System Admins, Designers, Broadcast Engineers, and Production Crew. Each team member naturally has different responsibilities in your production pipeline.

Such a scenario requires a system where **users can only access the specific features/modules needed to complete their job-related duties** and the User Management system to fulfill this requirement.

The User Management module aims to ensure the production pipeline has **sufficient controls** to restrict/grant access to different modules/features.

To reach the User Management:

Go to **Main Menu** > **Windows** > **User Management**
