# Form Builder

Form Builder is the RealityHub module; you can create custom user interfaces by dragging & dropping Form fields and components without writing a single line of code. Operators can then use these custom user interfaces (Form Templates) to control graphics workflow and data.&#x20;

Form Builder also contains advanced components to ingest and transform external data and feed your graphic templates.

To access the Form Builder panel:

* Go to **Main Menu** > **Windows** > **Nodegraph/Actions**
* Click the **Form Builder** button on the top-right corner.
